Sleeping Zone combines a relaxing bedtime breathing exercise with the calming sounds of nature to help you fall asleep more easily and get a good nights sleep.

▶ Guided Breathing:
To get to sleep, you need to clear your head of all the thoughts and stresses of the day. Sleeping Zone helps calm your mind by taking you through a simple, easy to follow breathing exercise.

When youre ready for bed, place your iPhone flat on your bedside table, facing upwards. Sleeping Zone will project a blue light onto the ceiling above your bed. Then simply lie back and begin to synchronize your breathing to the glow of the light.

When your guided breathing session is finished, Sleeping Zone can play your choice of seven sleeping sounds:
